CCMA, Bargaining council and Labour Court
We make it our business to know and protect our client’s employment relationships through, drafting of company policies , settling disputes, investigating alleged misconducts, drafting charge sheets and litigating if a need arises.
Road Accident Fund claims & Medical negligence
We make it our priority that we lodge claims within reasonable time and receive enough compensation on behalf of our clients. We aim to at least get our clients to a position that they would have been had the injuries not happened.
Family and Persons Law
We attend to defended and undefended divorce matters, maintenance, custody battles and adoption applications.
We defend and apply for evictions within the confines of the Constitution of South Africa. We find a common ground within the right to ownership of property, illegal Occupation, tenant’s rights and Prevention of illegal Evictions and unlawful occupation of land.
We attend to police and open court bail applications. We have a team that is available 24 hours a day to consult and apply for your release.
Wills and Estate
We understand that tender applications and other public entity decisions in procurement departments should be in line with the Public Administration of Justice Act, Public Access of Information Act and the Constitution. We therefore use our legal expertise to advice and or attend to dispute applications made regarding such decisions.
We acknowledge that in order for an insurance relationship to exist, there has to be a contract for a short or long term cover. We therefore vet the contract in line with the life style or organisational patterns of our clients and attend to any legal disputes.
Wills and Estate
We draft wills for our clients free of charge and administer their estate whether there is a will or no will at a regulated fee of 3.5% of the total asset.
